well, as probably none of you know...i son't have a scanner...which means i use my camera to upload everything...
so the lighting isn't too great on my pics >.<

so my camera...is...dying

this is actually the first camera thats my own personal one (meaning i don't have to share with the family)
and i've had it for like....umm....i'm thinking at LEAST 5 years?
we've been through everything together... (xD)
its survived surprisingly well...it's screen has a chunk missing from like 2 years ago (still works)
its been in weather so cold, the lense frosted over and when it started thawing, it blurred and i lost the picture completely (still takes great pictures)
its been mashed around in my day-bag since i got it (and given i keep some really sharp things in there, there's barely any severe scratches)
i accidentally left it out in a thunderstorm for 3 hours before i realized where i'd left it...i took a video of the storm from the camera right after i saved it ^^ (it can be found here [link] )

and my class is about to change so i'll write the rest later

so now the bad news

over the course of the possible 5 years i've had the camera, its picked up some dirt on the lense
and sure, i clean it off the outside...but there's dirt on the inside too
i've tried like everything to shake it off, no good
so, the not so tragic part of this is that in certain light all the dust lights up and it looks like white dandilions all over it and the picture looks like total shiznit (so i have limited light options, meh)
the more tragic part is this...
no mater what light i use, there's this one black spec almost in the middle of the screen
which means its in EVERY picture >.<
there's also this random squiggly blurry U-shape black line in the top left corner of the screen, also in every picture

then there's the diffeent settings....
on some of the setting i'll have to step back then zoom in to the subject instead of being closer and not zooming in...
why you ask?
well i dunno why =/
but if i don't, i lose the corners of the picture....they go completely black and block out the picture


so...much as i love my camera...its dying
and i'ma be uber sad when it dies =[
(its been missing for 2 days now and i'm freaking out)
that camera is like my life/child
and sure, i can get a new one...it just won't be the same =/
